Yes. Better HR calculates both employer (3%) and employee (2%) SSB contributions automatically based on each employee's insurable salary. The system applies SSB ceiling limits and generates Form 13 for monthly filing.

2. Can Better HR generate Form 15 and Form 16 for Myanmar tax filing?

Yes. Form 15 (monthly PIT withholding) and Form 16 (year-end tax declaration) are generated automatically from your payroll data. You can export them directly for filing with the Internal Revenue Department.
